The very first forest school sessions will be starting in October and there is a lot of excitement about it. I've been asked about curriculum a few times. The answer is not a simple one. What will they learn? The short answer and the truth is, I don't know yet. There are things out there, things to be learned, I'm sure of it. What's mud got to do with it?
We are currently up to our elbows in elbow grease, however, it wasn't too long ago we were up to our elbows in mud. Mud? Oh yeah. Mud. We love mud. We love dirt in general but we especially love mud. Or Canola, basically the same thing right? We are starting another week on the tail of a thunderstorm and riding the rolling clouds through the rain and hail. Even through what might be called miserable weather, I am so very excited to announce that we have cut through the red tape and have moved into the building permit phase. While it might seem silly to celebrate a little piece of paper, being issued a building permit means that we have established plans to meet all the co
