Wild Child is nature based/based in nature. We believe in play, in taking risks, in getting dirty and in following the organic flow of the day. While we offer activities and maintain a routine/rhythm to our day we strive for an inclusive process that integrates the interests of the community, the weather and the needs of the group. Our programming is relaxed and democratic but we almost always have: Art, stories, games, songs, music. drama, snacks, messy play outside, messy play inside, time outside exploring, field trips in the community, building and adventure.
